Then I'll answer as follows:
Mablung and Beleg, and they took Turin with them.

hmmm.. ok, seems there were more wolf hunts than I suspected. I'll have to give more details...
I'm thinking of two related elves and a NON elf being... chief of his own kind. One that a wolf should be wary and fearful of.

c'est moi again. just running in and out as usual concerning my question on Kingsfoil, I'll have to change the question to what it was in Sindarin, which would go to Phara anyways Thanks for the new tidbit of info Varda Also, indeed, Athelas is mentioned in FotR, but never as Kingsfoil, (as far as I remember) but in the movies. Anyways, the part I was referring to was after the healer said "the hands of a king are the hands of a healer". Hmmmm..... might make an excellent bonus question, who said that?

Don't you hate it when you know part of an answer but not the rest? Hehe, I know the first four letters of the name, but no more of it . Maglor

If only I knew... without checking the books. But that's one breaking of the rules I won't perform, even if I'm supposed to be evil.

Might as well if you know the first 4 letters you can add an ending and hope for the best and maybe it'll jog some other people's memories

Here's one for whoever gets this question right, I'm taking over your turn, I just found a great true Turgon-ish multi-question and I want to ask it before I forget it In the council of Elrond, Elrond mentioned to someone if all the elf-friends of all were gathered there, that someone would be seated amongst them. 1) Who is this someone? 2) Who were these elf-friends (looking for 4, the greatest) 3) Who of the elf-friends is not mentioned here? 4) Why is he not mentioned? For those who know me, the last 2 wouldn't be too difficult to answer, for those who don't, just write me a PM and I will give you a hint as soon as possible.
