Also, indeed, Athelas is mentioned in FotR, but never as Kingsfoil, (as far as I remember) but in the movies. Anyways, the part I was referring to was after the healer said "the hands of a king are the hands of a healer".

In the council of Elrond, Elrond mentioned to someone if all the elf-friends of all were gathered there, that someone would be seated amongst them.

1) Who is this someone?
2) Who were these elf-friends (looking for 4, the greatest)
3) Who of the elf-friends is not mentioned here?
4) Why is he not mentioned?
