Thank you Elatan and Elwing for playing with us! You've been great. May your characters return again when life is less burdensome in its time constraints.

I apologize for my recent absence. Shortly after our primary computer's return from the shop for upgrades and virus cleaning, a new virus wiped out chunks of it such as .exe and some .dll files. We were unable to stay on the internet on any computer for more than a few minutes. Thanks to hours of work by the whole family, with major effort by Eowyn and Fangorn, we are in better shape. We hope to have the internet running on it today, and the other programs now seem to be operating.

On a less silly note, does anyone think it would be too disruptive or confusing to the main story line if once in a while I tossed in a tidbit of what was going on with Nimel ( what might be happening back at the guardpost where she was staying or what might happen where she might yet go)?

I think that would be great... you could at one point even send a fellow eagle over to us to bring news if you wanted to (when you have time to post) and then have it return to you or go elsewhere... no reason you have to stick with only one character at a time (Ar-Pharazon is posting for 2 chars right now) OR have to be in the same location as we are. In the beginning we were all in different areas anyway. IMO there's more chance of the story opening up that way. ;D

Great idea, Elwing! I suggested something like that earlier for Elatan, sorry I skipped you. Indeed I already have 2 characters, and I'm thinking of ways to include more... perhaps Quessëlómë can be a little more independent
