Drag emotes such as /dance1 from Collections/Emotes to a quickslot bar.

Making commands/shortcuts/aliases/macros.
These can be put directly on a quickslot or kept in reserve for when you want them.
Quickslot bar spaces all have numbers:
Bar 5 61-72
Bar 4 49-60
Bar 3 37-48 (shift)
Bar 2 25-36 (alt)
Bar 1 13-24 (ctrl)
Bar 0 1-12 (main)
A "command" can be like an emote:
/follow
/dance1
A command can be written as a shortcut to go directly on a quickslot:
/shortcut 61 /dance1
But you may only want that command during certain times like festivals, so you could make an alias, which is a short name for the command stored in memory without being on the quickslot:
/alias ;nameyoupickforthecommand /command
/alias ;inc /say Incoming ;target
/alias ;1dance /dance1
A caution, if you do a command using ;target, don't have anything selected while you type the command. That name to be stuck there from then on. It could be handy if it's a hard name to spell!
Then put the alias on a quickslot space number when you want it.
/alias shortcut ;aliasname quickslotspacenumber
/alias shortcut ;inc 72
/alias shortcut ;1dance 61
