Our kinhouse is near Thorin's Hall to take advantage of the superior workbench and superior forge as well as enjoy the Mt. Taniquetil suggestion.
Traveling to the kinhouse is a skill to equip listed under Housing in your character page.
We have all 3 storage chests, and some of us have been putting goodies in them that you can swap around. All items, even paint, are reusable.
Recipes for making house items may be bought or dropped. All crafter types can make items.
LotRO Landroval server guild house donations are being held on Gilbrennil.
This thread is intended to help Gilbrennil keep track of who gave what and how much we have in the pot for our house. Keeps me from spending it, too.
Kinhouses run from 14g 250s to 17g 250s. We bought ours for 15g.
They also have recurring upkeep from 285s to 345s. Ours has 300s and is paid through March 14, 2008.
