Yes, it is true I suppose *grin*. Menelvagor made me curious enough to get a copy of Wow on amazon.co.uk which hopefully will arrive tomorrow in the post .. I have to find out whether it is the European version or the American, but I suspect its the European one. I will come in as Arandur, if that is all right with you - if not let me know via pn or tell Menel who can contact me via Evemail Anyway - Wow, I am coming .. Edit: Just had a read through the Faqs and the necessary know how such as you can do without having the game yet. It sprang to my mind it would be useful to name the realm and the server on which the Euro and US players can be found, and if they are in a guild, which one it is. This would make it a lot easier to find other Valar Guild Members for new players and new members

Congrats Finduilas :} I hope you enjoy WoW :}
If it is the US version, please come into Lothar using some version of your guild name for your guild chars. It doesn't have to be exact or perfect (and likely won't be due to the name filter), or even, though possible, terribly creative. Oromë has a gnome named Orognome, giving both his guild name and the race of his character. Varda has a character named Fainan (created by Varda herself using Tolkien's languages), meaning "I emit light," which as the Valie of Light,would very well fit Varda.
Contact us through using the command /join Valar and say heya. Our branch is named "Valar Guild" for clarity.
If it's the European version, we don't have an official branch in Europe, but most of our members in Europe who can't get to our official branch in Lothar US get together on Argent Dawn. You can find both Menel and Phar there, among others.

We do have a page listing Valar WoW players by server. valarguild.org/menelvagor/wow/wowframe.htmlIt may also be reached from our main page under Gaming. Europe does not have an official branch, but does list players. Pick on Menelvagor to list you, Finduilas, as he handles Euro. W. Hemisphere has two official branches, listed under Members (again ask Menel about it if you don't like button names. Lothar server for our Alliance branch has one listing, with the Uldaman Horde branch linked to it. Lothar and Uldaman page listings are my job, so you guys can pick on me about those, instead of Menelvagor. My pages have the date of last update at the bottom. A completely separate Valar WoW player listing is on Eonwe's big Games page. Happy hunting! Varda
