My apologies, aragornsgirl, for not welcoming you sooner. Welcome to the Valar Guild's Forum :}
I don't understand why people like calling themselves geeks, but oh well :} I prefer "well versed" or "knowledgeable" myself :}
As for knowing too much, we do have Tolkien trivia going in our Tolkien Discussion forum that you're welcome to take a stab at :} Rules for the trivia are in the first post of each thread, one for Silmarillion and one for LotR/Hobbit :}
