Just a guess, but I think he means since he calls himself "Matty the White."
We are the Valar Guild, and thus populated by the Valinorë (people of the Valar) :}

That too is a light joke, no offense meant if any was taken :} As an admin, I scan the member lists fairly often to ensure compliance with our Naming Policy, so I see alot of people registered with no posts :} I suppose it just means they haven't found a particular topic to jump in on yet, and I can understand as some chunks of our board are really only helpful for guild members :} (and I can't really talk either, always stressing quality of posts over quantity :})
Anyway, welcome and hope to see you join in some Tolkien chats :} Or any chats really, when we have them going and you've got a tidbit to add :}
