I just finished it a few days ago & was amazed at how the movie scenes blend right into the game. I think I am going to play again with the bonus characters... Maybe I'll take Gandalf through The paths of the dead...

I tried out the demo... find it a bit hectic... you start off in the middle of a battle and there's no lead up to it... confusing (must just be the demo).

In Rotk, you start right where the first one finishes. Make no mistake about it though, even on easy mode the battles are tough. But the fun part is after you finish the game... The bonus levels & characters!
You unlock Faramir, Pippen & Merry and may play any of them into any stage as well as take the other characters in the game anywhere you please. For example, you can help Frodo escape from Osgilliath using Gandalf or Take Pippen through the Paths of The Dead. I have not played that way yet......

I have the XBox version, and to say the least, there are some buggy things with saving. It works fine, except for when my bro and I save Player 2.
Otherwise, it is fun to play,.. even had a lvl 11 Aragorn :}
Take care :} Eonwë

I have a lv 11 Aragorn too! Same for Gandalf!
I git a big kick out of using Gandalf's Light of The Valar projectile attack !
