Loot: Raid (12-man) Skirmishes

Potentially bad news: the power supply/batter (or both) on my laptop seem to be failing. Since I'm out of town until Monday evening, I may not be able to get them fixed (old computer, parts not easily available). In the worst case, I won't be able to come into LotRO over the weekend and so will have to miss the Saturday raid. I'm keeping my fingers crossed hard that this can be resolved while I'm still in CA.

Usually during our run the question concerning the rolling eligibility for the Relic and LI Experience items that drop in each skirmish is asked. I always felt it is up to each of you to decide if you would like one of these items even if you won a previous item from that loot delve. Does everyone agree with this approach?
