I wrote some fanfiction recently, and here it is. If Varda would care to put it up on the stories page, I have a .txt version without the HTML in it. It's about an Elf after the Watchful Peace ended. I'm slowly working on the next part, but homework is getting in the way. :-) www.fanfiction.net/read.php?storyid=1865325Review it there or here or both, really.

I'll second that!
By the way, where was/is everyone? Faramir and I played 3 or 4 games of Starcraft with various people, but it seemed no one was on.

Sorry, I love my m&m. I don't like heavy metal music, but Terran heavy metal is bearable.

I used to play BW, but I need to find my vanilla CD and install it. I pretty much play UMS, mostly RPGs and LotRs. I'll play melee as well, but I refuse to play on any fastest/money maps. I like altered melee maps as well. I'm pretty much equally horrible with all races, but occassionally my Zerg will be really bad.

I surveyed the force, and was pleased. I had amassed a force of 12 corsairs, and for a few of them, I was certian, it would be their day to die. But the real force I had assembled was the force of 12 shuttles, all filled to the brim with 32 Zealots, 6 Dragoons, and 4 Templar. Most would die. They were in my ally's main base, and the corsairs were constantly fending of lone devourers with the help of 2 photon cannons.
My ally, codenamed Eonwe, had done well. While I had crushed the Red Terran forces of the Elite Guard, he had held off attacks both from them and the Blue Zerg forces of the Surtur Brood.
Now it was time to do the same to the Surtur Brood. I moved my observer up from an expansion of the Surtur Brood that had just been destroyed in a joint effort of Eonwe and I. The Surtur Brood had made a huge mistake. There was a large open spot that could have landed a force three times the size of what I was about to.
I decided to move in.
I sent my corsairs in first to clear the way, even though there was nothing to clear. Then, just as they passed, a mutalisk went by, heading toowards the old expo. I let it be, seeing that killing it would only attract more attention from the Surtur Brood. I sent the shuttles up, and the dropped the units inside them. From there on, it was wholesale slaughter. Mostly of the Surtur Brood, but as the zealots rushed past the Spore Colonies, there were attacked by Lurkers, and I could not send my observer through. It was of no matter, though. Soon the dragoons killed the colonies, and I moved my observer in. From there on, I simply destroyed the main base of operations for the Surtur Brood. It had starved, and could barely produce units to fend off my attack.
At the end, my losses were great, but it was worth it. I had destroyed the Surtur Brood's highest tech, and it was completly crippled.
I continued on to clean up the Surtur Brood's last two expansions.
