Guild Event: The Shrine of the Fallen Warrior
Attending:Eonwe, Elatan, Varda, Arathorn, Draxcil
Meeting at the open part of the Northern fence between the Barrens and Astranaar, we made sure everyone had flowers. Sheathing our weapons and bearing flowers, we marched into the Barrens, doing our best to avoid having to kill anything. Taking a long way around to avoid the Crossroads, we once again joined with the road and crossed it, coming upon our destination. Reaching the top of the mountain, we came to the Shrine and paid our respects. Some of us "destroyed" flowers there as a way of leaving them on the shrine, while using the /me or /emote command to "emote" us leaving flowers. After we took a couple of screenshots at the Shrine, Draxcil and Arathorn decided to check it out as ghosts to see the Spirit Healer named after the fallen Blizzard Employee. They have a couple of screenshots as well. After paying final respects, we were ported to Ironforge by Arathorn, and prepared to invade Uldaman.
Guild Questing: Uldaman
Attending:Eonwe, Elatan, Varda, Arathorn, Draxcil
Quests Completed: Power in Uldaman (mage only for Arathorn), Sign of Hope, Power Stones, Agmond's Fate, Reclaimed Treasures, Lost Dwarves, Solution to Doom
We went in the back way, so our first completed quest was Power in Uldaman. We then worked our way back to the beginning to complete other quests. Before Elatan had to go we completed Lost Dwarves, which would've led us on another adventure. Once Elatan left, we ventured into the non-instanced parts of Uldaman to complete quests. Power Stones took us the longest, but while we worked on that we managed to procur the 4 urns for Agmond's Fate and find Grez Hammertoe for a Sign of Hope. He sent us on a quest to find his amulet, which we did, and that spurred on yet more questing to be done later. We also completed Reclaimed Treasures and found an amulet that we had to take back to TdK. This began yet another quest into Uldaman, so back we will get to go at another time. We grabbed the last few Power Stones from the Dwarves outside Uldaman, then proceeded to turn in our quests, port to Ironforge, and call it a night.
