My greatest suggestions for this problem are:
1.) Refresh your screen.
2.) Make sure you're logged in (some boards only let registered members post)
3.) In an extreme case, delete your cookies/ temp internet files.
4.) Before all else, make sure you're looking in the right place :}
5.) Make a suggestion :}
If it's really gone for you, I have no idea beyond the above. The thread isn't locked so you should be able to post. Try replying again.

Well, I tried ALL those but the reply option is definitely missing. I see it in this message/thread but not the other one. I've never seen this problem before <shrug>  I don't even have a modify option in the other post either. I'll send you a snapshot of what I see by email so you can see what I do. |

I locked then unlocked the thread to see if that did anything. Try now and hopefully that helps.
