hmmmm.... how to say this without being over intrusive, insulting or otherwise improperly agitated....
Cant believe you ever stopped reading, especially just before the BEST book of the entire series. Read faith of the Fallen at least a couple times before you start into the horror that is the Pillars of Creation (#7). Read that one quickly and start upon the next one, which is immensely better, although I think its getting about time for Terry to get this to an end, it's becoming somewhat boring.
Anyways, all I can say is that I love the Sword of Truth series even more than I love Tolkiens works.
P.S. Sentroosi, Rhesi, Vasi! Have fun with em ;D

I feel that i must agree with turgon on this one. The sword of truth series is about the best series i have ever read.(over and over and over...etc.) But i think that while it does feel a little drawn out it is FAR from boring Pillars of creation was an excellent book, but i just didnt like the viewpoint it was written from. Lord Rahl is the reason that i love the series and i felt that all the action should have originated or at least had a close connection with him. Enjoy Thorin

I didn't care much for the story... it seemed overdone and lacking in some way... I enjoyed it enough to read it through once(Up to Pillars of Creation) but I wouldn't ever re-read it. I tried once and couldn't get through the second book on my re-read...
Not a bad series, but not all that exceptionnal either... personally, I think the first was the best of them(hint to Goodkind... the only time series that go above trilogies work is if you make them in vastly different time guidelines or make them using different main characters... a la Modesitt... Recluse is just a timeline jumper... while Spellsong Cycle shuffles characters around after the third book... but most of the time... when you go beyond a trilogy in a single series.... it gets old. lol)
