Greetings all, Just reminding you that a couple of patches ago, Blizzard included a Background Downloader to try and speed up the dowload of the patch on release day. The Downloader Downloads small bits of the next patch while you are logged into WoW. Whether you are on cable, dsl, or modem, this can affect your speed, as it is part of the Blizzard Downloader and thus other people can upload from you what parts of the patch you have downloaded. If you are experiencing greater than usual latency on WoW, this may be why. To find out more about this, including how to disable it, go: Support News: www.blizzard.com/support/wowindex/FAQ about the Downloader: www.blizzard.com/support/wow/?id=aww01954p
